You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data processed by Buckhill d.d. For further copies that you request, Buckhill d.d. may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs. 

• RIGHT TO CORRECTION OF PERSONAL DATA – you have the right to request correction or supplementation of personal data if your data is not accurate, complete and up to date. You are responsible for providing correct personal data and are obliged to inform us of all relevant changes to personal data (change of name/surname, address, etc.). 

• RIGHT TO DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA ("RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN") – you have the right to request the deletion of personal data if one of the following conditions is met: your personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which they were collected or processed, you have withdrawn the consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing, you have objected to the processing of your personal data and Buckhill d.d. has no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, the personal data have been unlawfully processed, the personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union law or national regulations, the personal data have been collected in connection with the provision of information society services. 

• RIGHT TO RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING - you have the right to obtain a restriction of processing if: you contest their accuracy, if the processing is unlawful and you oppose their deletion, if the data must be stored for the exercise or defence of your legal claims and if you have objected to the processing of your personal data. 

• RIGHT TO OBJECT – if Buckhill d.d. processes your data on the basis of legitimate interest or for direct marketing purposes, you may object to such processing. In the case of legitimate interest, Buckhill d.d. will cease processing if there are no overriding legitimate reasons for the processing, while in the case of an objection to processing for direct marketing purposes, processing will cease immediately. 

• RIGHT TO PORTABILITY OF PERSONAL DATA – if the processing is carried out by automated means and is based on consent or a contract, you have the right to receive your personal data that you have previously provided to Buckhill d.d., in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit these data to another controller without hindrance from Buckhill d.d. 

• RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT – if the processing is carried out based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time, which will stop further processing. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. 

• RIGHT TO AUTOMATED PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA – you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing of personal data, including profiling. This includes the right to human intervention by an employee of Buckhill d.d., the right to express your point of view and the right to contest such a decision. 

• RIGHT TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT TO A SUPERVISORY BODY – if you believe that any of your rights have been violated, you have the right to submit a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Agency (https://azop.hr/) or the data protection authority of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.

1. Uvod 

Buckhill d.d. („mi“, „nas“ ili „naš“) predano štiti vašu privatnost i osigurava odgovorno korištenje osobnih podataka prikupljenih putem naše internetske stranice, www.buckhill.co.uk („Internetska stranica“). Ova Pravila o privatnosti i kolačićima objašnjavaju kako prikupljamo, koristimo, dijelimo i štitimo vaše podatke te koja su vaša prava u vezi s obradom osobnih podataka.

Ne koristimo automatizirano donošenje odluka koje proizvodi bilo kakve pravne učinke za ispitanike ili na sličan način utječe na njih. 

• Slanje newslettera ili obavijesti, uz mogućnost odjave u bilo kojem trenutku (privola ili soft opt-in za postojeće korisnike). 

• Osiguravanje web mjesta i sprječavanje povreda (legitimni interes) 

4. Kolačići i slične tehnologije 

Naša internetska stranica koristi kolačiće i slične tehnologije za poboljšanje korisničkog iskustva i analizu performansi stranice.

Opća uredba o zaštiti podataka (GDPR) poboljšava postojeću regulativu privatnosti. Buckhill d.d. osigurava privatnost podataka korisnika i u potpunosti se pridržava svih propisa. 

2. Službenik za zaštitu podataka 

Buckhill d.d. imenovao je službenika za zaštitu podataka (DPO), koji je odgovoran za usklađenost s GDPR-om, vođenje evidencije aktivnosti obrade i osiguravanje transparentnosti. 

3. Ugovori s korisnicima 

Svi relevantni ugovori revidirani su kako bi bili u skladu s GDPR-om. To osigurava pravilno definiranje trajanja, svrhe i prirode obrade, kao i prava korisnika. 

4. Sigurnosne mjere i kontinuitet poslovanja 

Buckhill d.d. osigurava povjerljivost, integritet i dostupnost osobnih podataka kroz odgovarajuće sigurnosne mjere. 

5. Povrede podataka 

U skladu s GDPR-om, dužni smo bez odgađanja prijaviti bilo kakvu povredu podataka nadležnom nadzornom tijelu. 

Ako dođe do povrede, obavijest će sadržavati: 

• Opis povrede i približan broj pogođenih korisnika. 

• Kontakt podatke službenika za zaštitu podataka. 

• Moguće posljedice povrede. 

• Poduzete mjere za rješavanje problema i sprječavanje daljnjih povreda. 

6. Vaša prava 

Tijekom obrade Vaših osobnih podataka pripadaju Vam sljedeća prava: 

• PRAVO NA PRISTUP OSOBNIM PODACIMA – imate pravo na pristup svojim osobnim podacima koje Buckhill d.d. obrađuje i možete zatražiti detaljne informacije osobito o njihovoj svrsi obrade, o vrsti/kategorijama osobnih podataka koji se obrađuju uključujući i uvid u svoje osobne podatke, o primateljima ili kategorijama primatelja te o predviđenom razdoblju u kojem će osobni podaci biti pohranjeni. Imate pravo na dobiti kopiju osobnih podataka koji se obrađuju od strane Buckhill d.d. Za daljnje kopije koje zatražite Buckhill d.d. može naplatiti razumnu naknadu na temelju administrativnih troškova. 

• PRAVO NA ISPRAVAK OSOBNIH PODATAKA – imate pravo zatražiti ispravljanje ili dopunjavanje osobnih podataka ako vaši podaci nisu točni, potpuni i ažurni. Vi ste odgovorni za davanje ispravnih osobnih podataka te ste dužni obavijestiti nas o svim relevantnim promjenama osobnih podataka (promjena imena/prezimena, adrese i sl.). 

• PRAVO NA BRISANJE OSOBNIH PODATAKA („PRAVO NA ZABORAV“) – imate pravo tražiti brisanje osobnih podataka ako je ispunjen jedan od sljedećih uvjeta: vaši osobni podaci više nisu nužni u odnosu na svrhu u koje su prikupljeni ili obrađivani, povukli ste privolu na kojoj se obrada temelji i ne postoji druga pravna osnova za obradu, uložili ste prigovor na obradu svojih osobnih podataka te Buckhill d.d. nema jače legitimne razloge za obradu, osobni podaci nezakonito su obrađeni, osobni podaci moraju se brisati radi poštivanja pravne obveze iz prava Unije ili domaćih propisa, osobni podaci prikupljeni su u vezi s ponudom usluga informacijskog društva. 

• PRAVO NA OGRANIČENJE OBRADE - imate pravo ishoditi ograničenje obrade ako: osporavate njihovu točnost, ako je obrada nezakonita, a protivite se njihovom brisanju, ako se podaci moraju čuvati radi ostvarivanja ili obrane vaših pravnih zahtjeva te ako ste uložili prigovor na obradu Vaših osobnih podataka. 

• PRAVO NA PRIGOVOR – ako Buckhill d.d. obrađuje vaše podatke na temelju legitimnog interesa ili u svrhe izravnog marketinga možete podnijeti prigovor protiv takve obrade. U slučaju legitimnog interesa Buckhill d.d. će prestati s obradom ako nema jače legitimne razloge za obradu, dok će se u slučaju prigovora na obradu radi izravnog marketinga odmah prestati s obradom. 

• PRAVO NA PRENOSIVOST OSOBNIH PODATAKA – ako se obrada provodi automatiziranim putem i temelji se na privoli ili ugovoru, imate pravo zaprimiti svoje osobne podatke koje ste prethodno dostavili Buckhill-u, u strukturiranom obliku te u uobičajeno upotrebljavanom i strojno čitljivom formatu te pravo prenijeti te podatke drugom voditelju obrade bez ometanja od strane Buckhill d.d. 

• PRAVO POVLAČENJA PRIVOLE – ako se obrada provodi temeljem vaše privole imate pravo u svakom trenutku povući danu privolu čime prestaje daljnja obrada. Povlačenje privole ne utječe na zakonitost obrade na temelju privole prije njezina povlačenja. 

• PRAVO U VEZI AUTOMATIZIRANE OBRADE OSOBNIH PODATAKA – imate pravo da se na vas ne odnosi odluka koja se temelji isključivo na automatiziranoj obradi osobnih podataka, uključujući izradu profila. To uključuje pravo na ljudsku intervenciju djelatnika Buckhill d.d., prava izražavanja vlastitog stajališta te prava na osporavanje takve odluke. 

• PRAVO NA PODNOŠENJE PRITUŽBE NADZORNOM TIJELU – ukoliko smatrate da je neko vaše pravo povrijeđeno, imate pravo podnijeti pritužbu Agenciji za zaštitu osobnih podataka (https://azop.hr/). 

Prije postupanja povodom vašeg zahtjeva za ostvarenje nekog prava, ako je potrebno, Buckhill d.d. je dužan provesti Vašu identifikaciju i autentifikaciju.

7. Privatnost djece 

Buckhill d.d. razumije važnost zaštite privatnosti djece. Naša internetska stranica nije namijenjena osobama mlađima od 16 godina i ne prikupljamo svjesno podatke od djece.
